I called ahead specifically to confirm that someone at this salon had experience working with textured hair for my daughter. I was assured that all of their stylists were qualified, so I felt comfortable booking the appointment for highlights. About two hours into the appointment, my daughter texted me saying they had to remove the foils because her hair was burning. At no point did anyone from the salon call or attempt to contact me to inform me of what was happening. When I arrived, instead of taking accountability, the stylist and manager immediately began questioning whether she had prior treatments like keratin (she has not) and tried to blame her regular hair products or even chlorine exposure—even though she hadn’t been in a pool for over two weeks. Their response felt defensive and dismissive, as if they were trying to shift blame rather than address what went wrong. I am not a professional, which is exactly why I trusted them with my child’s hair. I still have no clear explanation for how this happened, and it’s extremely concerning. If this were simply due to everyday products or normal activity, situations like this would be happening to countless kids getting highlights—which clearly is not the case. To make matters worse, they sent her out with wet hair.

Kaylee is a fantastic hair colorist/stylist!! She brought my hair which had overgrown roots + bleach + dark red and dark brown hair dye to a beautiful ginger transformation!! She also provided very thorough explanations before and during the process. We did test strands prior to ensure that she could maintain the integrity of the hair. We came up with several plans, but luckily it came out perfect! It was an amazing change and we were all so thrilled to see how amazingly even it came out! All my friends and family say they love it and I feel so much more confident with it! I cannot recommend her enough!!

1 star is too generous. The customer service at Fiore and Ela is absolutely abhorrent. I came in for a Keratin straightening treatment, paid $325 plus a $75 tip, and sat in the chair for 3 hours. Just 3 days later, despite following all of my aftercare instructions perfectly, my hair was already curling up again. When I called to address the issue, the salon actually ADMITTED they didn't do a straightening treatment, only a "smoothing" treatment, AND confessed they had overcharged me for the service they actually provided! They promised to order the correct product and had me come back in. I wasted another entire afternoon sitting through a second multi-hour process, only to have the EXACT same failed result. I called to speak to a manager about a well-deserved refund, and it has now been 7 days with absolutely no return call. No accountability, just a complete runaround after taking $400 and hours of my time. Save your money and go somewhere that actually respects their clients, communicates honestly, and knows what they are doing. Avoid this salon!

Nina did an amazing job! She accomplished getting my peak a boo highlights to the needed level, to achieve the color I wanted. The final look, I loved! Blowout and curls just brought it all together beautifully! She is no longer at this salon but you can find her at Noble Salon in Bonita Springs 😊❤️
