I called Finlay Plumbing on behalf of one of my customers who was having an issue, and they were quick to respond. They showed up right away, fixed the problem, and kept everyone in the loop with a call before they arrived and another while they were on-site. From start to finish, the experience was great. Amanda in the office was an absolute delight to work with—friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The technician was professional, respectful, and treated my customers property as if it were their own. It's hard to find companies that care this much about their customers, and it definitely shows with Finlay Plumbing. I highly recommend them.
This is our first experience with Finlay Plumbing and we are very pleased and satisfied. Both outside faucets had problems. It was easy to schedule the repair and the company was responsive. Upon arrival of the super friendly and knowledgeable Morris, he rapidly diagnosed the problems and had the issues fixed very quickly. He also assessed another plumbing issue and made recommendations. The cost was very reasonable. Great to deal with a company that is responsive and does not oversell services. Highly recommended!
I had a great experience with Finlay Plumbing ,highly recommend them! They arrived right on time. Since I’m in a new home, I had a few concerns I wanted checked out, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was looked at carefully. One of the issues I mentioned actually turned out to be a pretty big job, but they handled it immediately and at a very reasonable price. It’s such a relief to work with professionals who are honest, responsive, and thorough. Big thanks to Morris and Matt for the excellent service!
We are very pleased with the service we received from Finlay Plumbing. Our natural gas water heater would not operate. The technician took the time to diagnose the problem and contact the heater manufacturer and was able to get the part under warranty. I naturally had to pay the labor cost but it was reasonable. It was great to deal with a company that didn’t just want to replace the whole unit like other companies wanted to do.
The experience with Finlay Plumbing was incredible. Great price. Prompt service and communication. 5 out of 5 stars. Will be using Findlay again for all plumbing needs and recommending to friends and family.
