Worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. I tried to order from them twice. They lost the order one time the other attempt they gave it away to somebody else. They never called me back when they said they would transferred me left me on hold went on for a few days. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else. If you can maybe they’re just too busy.
Ferguson Plumbing was fantastic and got us the kitchen faucet we needed just in time for our granite installation. They also explained the quality differences between the available options and why it mattered, which saved us from making a costly mistake if we had purchased from a big box home improvement store.
