Freddy came out super quick, quoted us and took care of things quickly and without disruption. He even helped with a few other unrelated issues in the office that had been ongoing for years. Now after minimal downtime, we can get back to treating our patients and staff to a well-functioning facility. Pricing was not bad either -- it's clear they're not trying to nickel&dime you or take advantage. Great service!

REPEAT CUSTOMER: The communication was fantastic throughout - Freddy explained everything that was going on and was PROMPT. He quickly came to my house and easily diagnosed the issue. It turns out they had to replace the lift station pump and float... and then another job came up, they were able to fix my water heater and water pressure. I so appreciate Alex scheduling with me immediately. He is very calm and professional! SECOND job: originally had my water heater installed not up to code, and this meant that the breaker would trip often. Hot and cold lines switched, etc. They were able to schedule with me per my schedule and come out and fix all in one go. THIRD job: Freddy quickly showed up when my washer drain lines weren't working correctly. He was able to locate my drain line, snake it/use a power auger or hydrojet, and then he went another step further and Installed a taller vent pipe to improve proper air circulation and ensure adequate venting of the drainage system. THANK YOU Fast Freddy! THANK YOU! I will continue to recommend you and your services, and I’ll continue to use you myself for all my personal and business requirements, and I'll recommend you to everyone!

The city of Fort Myers gave me a two-day notice to put a backflow in right at Thanksgiving... called Fast Freddy...they submitted the permit for me did the job, got everything inspected, back to the city and did it all at a great price with great service.....You guys rock!!

Contacted Fast Freddy's by recommendation of a friend. Technician arrived right on time, unbelievably clean and organized, had a new combination shower head and hand held sprayer installed. The plumber (Freddy) professional, well spoken, left my shower spotless once work was completed. Definitely a company I will use again!!!

Fast Freddy’s Plumbing did an amazing job in my salon suite. After being failed by another plumber, Freddy came recommended it me. Freddy and his team were able to identify the problem and complete the task in a punctual time. The communication throughout the process was very detailed. I felt very comfortable and was reassured that the issue would be fixed. The customer service was awesome and even the prices very affordable.
