From the very beginning Shawn and Rusty were extremely attentive to my needs. They showed up when they said they were going to and their crew worked meticulously throughout the duration of the project. His price was fair and the job was done to perfection. The county inspector commented to me that the job was flawless. I highly recommend Fair and Square Roofing!!!
Fair and Square roofing did a fantastic job! We hired them after our prior contractor left us with only a partial metal roof. To ensure our estimate was accurate Shawn sent the metal install crew to our home to determine what needed to be done to correct the previous installation and finish our roof properly. Fair and Square handled all of the permit changes, metal order, and completed our roof faster than we had anticipated. Shawn was easily available to answer questions. Castro and his team worked hard (sometimes 12 hour days) to complete our roof. They came when they said they would and delivered. Highly recommend!
They took time to explain and answer questions providing the most affordable estimate. I like the quick responses from Fair and Square Roofing representatives. They repaired areas of the roof that needed attention and did it well including cleanup (quicker than I expected). Awesome to deal with! Professional, knowledgeable and timely! We hired Fair and Square Roofing to tarp our roof after Hurricane Ian damaged our shingles for $1,500. They arrived just before sunset and I was not comfortable having them tarp my roof in the dark. At sunset I requested that they leave it for another day as they could injure themselves and I didn't feel they could do a competent, professional job in the dark. Agai st my wishes they remained on the job and completed it after sunset, and needless to say it tore off in a week. Attached are some photos of the missing/ torn tarp they installed. Fair and Square never attached boards to the ends of the tarp and they didn't reinforce the tarp to the roof with boards. They quickly nailed the tarp to the roof which easily gave way to the wind. Other homes on our street hired other companies and have professionally installed secure tarps.
Andre Barry, Catalina Isles, I cannot say enough about this company and the job they did. I signed a contract of Friday and on Monday a truck was dropping off materials. The workforce protected my property and cleaned up each day , if I didn't see them here I would not have known they worked each day. Unlike some of my neighbors who I have noticed work started weeks ago and is still not complete , Fair and Square completed my job start to finish in under two weeks. I would highly recommend Fair and Square to anyone that needs a roof.
