Just started a relationship with Extreme Temperature Air Conditioning. My first visit was a positive one, Tyler was extremely patient, answered all my technical questions. The inspection was detailed, checking performance, functionality monitoring line pressures using calibration gauges, following up with current checks on motor and system health, this annual was not just a cleaning which is what some other companies have done to me in the past. He helped with programming new smart thermostat which was a huge help. I look forward to building a positive long term relationship with Tyler and his team and in fact have asked him to add another hvac system into a new addition as they provide construction support as well as maintenance. Have used Exteme Air for 15 years at our condo. Purchased a house here in Cape Coral and decided to keep them as our heating/AC maintenance provider. Called to see if we could get an appointment before heading back north for the summer, knowing it was unlikely. Not only did they make an appointment, our tech arrived the same day... 2 hours ahead of schedule!! (Yes they called to see if that was ok). Service, as always, was professionally completed and the tech was very knowledgeable and engaging. We entered into a Service Agreement (very reasonably priced!!), and the inspection/testing of the A/C went without a hitch at a more than reasonable price. VERY PLEASED...as always, and, though we hope it won't be necessary, we know we can rely on them to quickly respond and handle any AC/heating issues that might arise. Happy to give 5 stars!!
Our AC went out after several power surges over night. Caleb came out in less than an hour on Sunday and had our unit diagnosed and repaired in less than 30 minutes. He was polite, professional, and very helpful! And the price was great too! Thank you!
The experience was exceptional. Showed up on time, very efficient, knowledgeable about all of the maintenance necessary, and then some. Clean and professional, friendly and very easy to work with.. I converted from my old AC company to this company because I saw at my business how efficient they were and conscientious about their work ethic.
I contacted Extreme Temp per a friend’s recommendation and it was the best decision I made. Caleb, the owner, came over and talked to me about my AC status. He assured me that I did not need to replace my unit yet - unlike the other company! I was pleasantly surprised by his advice as for the first time, a business did not try to take advantage of the situation and sell me something I didn’t need yet. Caleb was professional, respectful, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. I felt I could have a Long time relationship with his business, I signed a maintenance contract with him right away (which was very reasonable in comparison to others). I’m confident that when my AC needs to be replaced I’ll have a trustworthy and honest vendor - Extreme Temp Air to work with. Based on my highly positive experience, I recommend Caleb and his business to others.
