Essential Surfaces completed installation of all new CORETec luxury vinyl plank , LVP. It was completed in three phases on budget and on time. The first phase involved removal of hardwood flooring that required dust control. Essential Surfaces went to great lengths to protect our house from dust. Their installers, Ricardo and Bartolo are superior. The Essential Surfaces owners, Michael and Jasen are terrific. We would definitely contract Essential Surfaces again.

Michael and his team at Essential Surfaces of Naples were absolutely fantastic to work with. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. They removed the existing tile flooring, leveled everything perfectly, and installed beautiful luxury vinyl plank along with carpeting throughout the home. The attention to detail really stood out. Everything was done with care and precision, and the final result looks amazing. Michael was responsive, easy to communicate with, and made sure every step was handled the right way. Essential Surfaces recently installed new luxury vinyl flooring in 2 bedrooms and main bath, after removing carpet and original tile floors. Last summer they had done the same in our living and dining areas. The completed job is beautiful, and there were zero issues along the way. From sales to office to installation everyone was professional, efficient, on time and on budget. Highly recommend!
