We are very dis satisfied with this company. They came door to door in our neighborhood and offered a service. We had reservations about it but was told they could ease our concerns and do everything the way and time we wanted. We'll that was a lie! They would show up when we were not home after being told specifically we must be there. They would spray around house but not i side but charge us foe full service. Never once did they come at the time we agreed upon. After several months we have decided to cancel their services and they want to charge us a fee because of contract that was not what the salesman that came to house said. Wanting us to pay for cancelation after they did not ever provide the service we agreed too. I would stay away from this company! They are scammed and threaten you when you no longer want their services. Beware of this company and the issues they will cause.
Christopher did a very great job he was very kind as well. He made sure to mention to let the chemicals dry for 20mins inside and 2+ hours outside. In the previous service I was told I had to wait 45min until the chemicals dried outside and not 2 hours. Next time, have your employees tell me the actual times I got to let the chemical dry for because I have cats and I let them out after 45 mins from the first service and they could’ve been harmed and potentially dead. I wouldn’t want there to be an accident the next time around, thank you. Christopher was great!
Tyler texted me in advance to inform that he was on his way and arrived promptly. He presented himself properly and asked if I was having any particular issues that needed to be addressed. His work was quick and efficient. He advised that I would need to keep my dog away from the treated areas for at least an hour. He was very courteous and professional.
Brian did a great job. He let me know when he arrived and what he was going to do. Its my second service so I'll have to update my review of the company after a couple months to see if it works lol. But as far as the tech, he was good! I pay $90 a month for regular service and an additional $80 a month for season mosquito service 6 months out of the year. Don't ask me if that's a lot of not lol.
Ethan and Michael did a great job, I will tell my friends and family about my experience with these kids. You should proud to have such respectful young men!
