I recently had my garage floor finished by Encore and I have to say the experience was fabulous! It started with Bruce who provided the information as to how the garage should be completed, to Brandy keeping us informed as to when the installers would arrive each day, and then two installers who were on time each day, left the work area clean, and kept me informed as to what they were doing, drying times, and care of the floor, it could not have been a better experience! WOW! A beautiful installation of an epoxy flecked flooring at a great price. Installers communicated and helped give us some options on smaller things during the process. Installation was also able to be scheduled earlier than initially discussed, which was great. Team was very helpful in getting us a complimentary trailer to store our goods during the install with reasonable time on both sides to load and unload! If I had another garage, I'd use 'em again! If you're getting a garage floor installed, Encore definitely deserves a chance to give you a quote!

I've used this company twice. Both times they were great. Did what they said. Made the dates. Price was as expected. In the second job of a 34 year old house, the side walls were not even and it required extra effort and looking back should have added more cost but they did not charge me. Instead, they went back to the shop, went to Home Depot and did what was needed to produce a fantastic job! I highly recommend this company.
