My regular guy does great but send someone else and they walk in with a yellow jug I assume chlorine and dump in pool without checking condition of water first. Last time I called in & told them my pool was totally yellow, I was told we are short on help& have a vehicle broke down and it was because of so much rain. It was July 3 & my service was due for the next day and was told no one would be there until the following week on my regular service day. A lady showed up the next day & without testing the water, dumped a container of chemicals in the pool. I went out & purchased a pool brush and scrubbed for 2 days. My holiday was ruined for my guests because the pool was not usable.
Excellent customer service. Fair prices and quality work. Highly recommend
