Great service. Just had my routine maintenance done. Christian was great. Last year I spent money to put in uv light and had to get a surge protector and some work on a compressor. I was hoping this service went well and am happy everything looks great. Had to put a new ac in in 2020 and very happy with that and their maintenance services. 😊
Alex Hernadez did the original visit and diagnosis of the problem, and also came back and installed and explained the surge protectors after our new unit was put in. Very professional in his explanations and the work he did. Our AC install was done by Christian and the other Alex. We were very happy with their work and cleanliness of the job. Christian answered all our questions in a way we could understand, and took the time to explain the differences between the new and old systems. All great employees!
Our air conditioner was not working correctly. The humidity was high and thermostat was not calibrating correctly. I called Sylvia at Downeast who quickly responded . She sent out Chad who did our maintenance. He was very knowledgeable. He said we were all set. I notice that when he left it still was not cooling. I found him working at another house. He said it takes a bit. I said ok. To his credit he came to check. We needed a new motor which was under warranty. He brought the next day he installed it. It is working perfectly.
I had a great experience with Bill and Alex from Downeast Air! One of our AC units stopped working and they quickly came out, arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed the issue on the spot and got us back up and running. Everything was top notch and professional. Thank you for the great service!
Christen from DownEast was extremely helpful. Answered all my questions and made some good suggestions. He will also followup with the company that makes the AC to see if they have any other ideas.
