With out reservation, I highly recommend Disposal Service. I have been using Disposal Services, LLC for the past 3 years. We have ordered 15 dumpsters over this time period. Their service has been nothing short of outstanding. I am impressed with the quick turn around from ordering a dumpster to their pin point delivery and quick removal once full. The office and dispatch team is professional and courteous. The drivers are experienced and helpful in always making sure to protect the spot of delivery and any equipment or facilities near the site. Thanks for everything and keep up the great work.
So things are clear, I didn't use this company for any hauling or disposal. One of the company trucks did a little damage to my wife's car and my wife called and spoke with a company rep, Chuck Wilder the General Manager for Disposal Services, LLC. My wife was pretty shaken up and I know he could tell because he was very understanding. After he completed his due diligence he assure us that this matter would be taken care of. It was and we are happy. Now, I have never met nor do I know this gentleman, but because of his honesty and pleasant demeanor; I would do business with him if I am ever in need and I would defiantly recommend his company.
Friendly staff, supplied what we needed for nearly a 5 month reno with multiple loads getting dumped, always on time and very organized!
I ordered a dumpster with Cory to be dropped on a Friday and picked up the following Monday on a vacant property that I was selling. I was leaving the country for 3 weeks on that Monday and made it clear that it should be picked up on Monday and I would not be able to call them. A month later I get a call asking if the dumpster is ready for pick up?! Seriously, it’s been sitting there this whole time?! After they picked it up, Cory called for the final payment because my card declined. He also said I owed an additional $65 because they didn’t get a “pick up” call. He was rude and argumentative, saying that I never told him the planned pick up date. How would he remember? It’s been 6 weeks ago now. He eventually waived the fee but I would have been charged the $65. had my card not declined. Unorganized. Unfriendly. Rude. Entitled.
We love working with these guys. Very professional and reliable. Highly Recommend
