I must say when I first heard I had two cracks in lanai floor and it will need to be resealed - I was a bit nervous about the whole process. However, from start to finish Steve G. was on top of everything and the end result was exceptional. There were 3 workers doing the work. They boarded up my glass doors with plywood, then filled the cracks, sealed the floor with a waterproof sealer then painted. They replaced all the aluminum railings and put in new high end screens. The workers were professional, quiet and did a thorough job cleaning-up at the end of each day. I would use this company again with no hesitation. I’m very happy with the end result! Stu W.

February 26, 2026 Custom Painting and Restoration completed a significant stucco and concrete spalling construction project for Veranda Vll-Kelly Greens Golf and Country Club recently. What was most impressive was workmanship quality and work crew performance. Owners quickly embraced the professionalism and work ethic of crews that did the hard work. As a CAM with years of experience I just want to share that Custom Painting and Restoration did a great job at our 136 unit property in Bonita Springs. They took on both structural and painting jobs at our property and did a tremendous job. I have known this company's great work for many years as a local CAM. From stucco repairs to mopping up after a major leak, they always have done quality work. They recently completed a painting project for a large Naples association for me and the work was amazing. They will work with you on fair pricing. This is still a family business and it shows in their attention to clients. I've been grateful to have them as a go-to for any building repairs, painting, waterproofing, and many other kinds of construction work. Highly recommend!
