Crystal Beach Service delivered the absolute best beach experience we’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was first-class. The banana boats were spotless, extremely fast, and so much fun—our kids are still talking about it. What really set them apart was the crew. One of their team members took time to work with our children on beach volleyball, and we later learned he’s a gold medalist. The way he coached and encouraged them was incredible—professional, patient, and inspiring. Our kids felt like real athletes by the end of the day. If you’re looking for top-tier beach service, thrilling water activities, and a crew that truly cares about creating unforgettable memories, Crystal Beach Service is hands-down the company to book. Seamless and inviting. Everything was a breeze! Be sure to have your temp boaters license if you don’t have one. You can get access to one on their site. Cost me $15

We have used Crystal Beach Service for many years. JR and his team have taken care of our family and the many friends who have come to Destin. We send everyone to him because we know they are the best. We have honestly never used anyone else and we never will. Why even look when you have found the best. We will see you guys on Sunday and we look forward to another amazing family vacation in Destin.

JR and his crew made our trip to the beach a wonderful, relaxing experience. The beach was clean and quiet and JR had everything set up for us and ready to go. It’s our favorite beach in Destin! Thanks guys, we’ll be back!

I was going to rate this a 5. Rented many chairs and many umbrellas from them and it was perfect. Unfortunately we just witnessed both the men working being super rude to the people in front of us. The men working were sitting infront enjoying the beach when the people sitting next to them accidentally had their umbrella lightly hit a woman they were with. They were extremely rude. They told that family “welcome to florida” and “you have no money” and many other things even after they apologized. Not sure if they were drunk but they just kept yapping their mouth. Not sure what kind of workers are those but don’t work at a beach if you can’t handle people being everywhere. Telling them they should move when everyone can sit wherever they please (and were not even that close to them, we were at the same distance and nothing was said to us). Of course they were of another race and they’re white so why not lash at them and continue lashing. Still talking as I write this. Workers like those are not supposed to talk to people like that whatsoever.
