Gunner, our Boxer, recently went to Critter Cafe on Marco Island for the first time. He was there for daycare and had a fantastic time. We were worried because Gunner has numerous stitches from a recent leg surgery and we cautioned Nancy and her great staff (Sean & Jose) that he will need extra supervision so he leaves the stitches alone. All three went above & beyond, sitting and cuddling with Gunner and at pick up told us he was a perfect guest! We could tell every staff member and owner Nancy really love animals and especially our Gunner!
Lin and I dropped our 8 year old mixed terrier Sophie off for an overnight stay while we visited friends on the island. Willow and staff were truly welcoming and made Sophie feel right at home. Both of us felt that Sophie likely remembered her previous visits (from two years prior) as she happily joined others in the back. Hard to leave your K9 buddy anywhere. If you must, you can’t find a better place to entrust with the care of your pet. Thanks, you’ll see us next visit.
Hands down the best dog grooming and boarding facility on Marco island or in Naples. The staff treats your dogs like their own and truly care, and it shows! The owner has cameras that she uses to check in the dogs when someone isn't there and she is always available in an emergency, as she lives right down the street. It's easy to get appointments and they are accepting new clients, however it can be difficult to get in last minute during "season". Definitely recommend!!
We boarded our Buddy at Critter Cafe and had a great experience! He is about 20 lbs and does not like being away from home. The staff held him upon arrival to make sure he was comfortable. Everything about the experience would make us want to go back. Thank you for taking good care of our baby!
Critter Cafe is awesome !!! Zeus approved!!🐶 It’s my Labrador retriever Zeus favorite place for daycare, boarding, socializing and grooming for the last 11 years. Nancy and her staff are wonderful. Thank you!
