Absolutely amazing company. A/C tech came out, quickly diagnosed the issues. Came up with a plan to repair or replace. We decided to replace the entire system. The same day, gentleman came by to go over replacement options. Did all the paperwork and system was installed the very next day. It's just amazing service. Everyone was kind, professional, and helpful. The install techs were so good. Never thought I would call an A/C install beautiful...lol, but it is. So much nicer than our old unit that was installed before we bought our house. Highly recommend this company. I have used the Plumbing Nerd services as well.

Response time was perfect from the moment we made the phone to when they had a technician out to assist us when our air conditioning that stopped working. Cool nerds were able to come out diagnose the problem, provide a plan of action and provide us with a temporary cooling unit and tower repairs could be made the following day. Upon installing our new inside and outside units for our air conditioning. The technician ran into a few snags where he respectfully explained the situation and again provided a plan of action to be able to come out at later time to finish the work properly, but in the meantime was able to provide us with services. This was our first time having to install our complete air-conditioning units so relatively speaking I don’t know how comparable in prices, but they seem to be continuing to work with us with the prices that they charge, which is exceptional, especially for our family at this time.

Grant provided us excellent service. He arrived on time, assessed the situation and gave us clear options to fix our problem. He performed the work quickly and efficiently, maintained a clean work area and made sure we had a working system. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. We will use this company for all future cooling and plumbing needs.

My central air unit was not cooling my home properly. I was able to make an appointment same day. Brad showed up quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He was polite and professional, and the AC unit is working great right now.

Dave, the technician, arrived on time. He was very cordial, knowledgeable and figured out what was wrong with my A/C unit promptly. He made the necessary repairs and answered all my questions. Also, he helped us figure out ways to improve cooling in our home and offered various alternatives with the specific quotes. We have also used the company’s services for plumbing in the past and had a similar experience. I’m very satisfied with the service in the past and today.
