Very impressive in multiple ways. Most importantly Cool Zone did the repair very well. My tenant described it as "great work." The price was lower, by a good amount, than the other company which give an estimate for the work. On both visits, the technicians were described as "professional" and "very nice." Lastly Cool Zone was very prompt with calls to my tenant and, since I'm currently outside the US, emails to me. That made me feel very comfortable in my dealings with Cool Zone.
Cool Zone installed a new a/c system in my FL home in the Summer of 2025. In November, it developed problems with the heating. Cool Zone sent a very capable employee to evaluate. Parts were replaced, and problems continued, but each time I called Cool Zone immediately responded. Granting my request, Cool Zone contacted Lennox and obtained a new handler, which was installed recently. Their price and service was better than any I had ever before received in my 15 years in Naples. I highly recommend them.
I was looking for a dependable AC company who had service Technicians that really cared about their Job and the homeowner. I had the pleasure to work with Marven. He was an Outstanding Professional and very knowledgeable . He was an attention to Detail Technician. I was also impressed on how clean and thorough he was of his work. The staff at Cool Zone are amazing. All the women in the office are great to deal with getting service scheduled. I highly recommend Cool Zone for all your AC and duct cleaning needs. Thank you!
We had our maintenance today. We always have good techs. We have worked with Cool Zone since they installed our system in our new built home several years ago. Today, I met Carlos. He just set the bar higher. He is a super professional. If I had to design a script for how this visit would go Carlos would be the model and in fact he would teach the course to new techs joining the company! Great appearance, great manners, unbelievable communication and skill at his profession. Please make sure you reward and keep Carlos happy at Cool Zone.
Gustavo did an excellent job during our semi-annual A/C maintenance. He even put away the ladder I left out for the visit and that has never happened. He also checked the Freon level in our pool heater which was satisfactory. He appeared to be proficient in carrying out his tasks and hopefully we will not have any problems over the next 6 months.
