Captain Conway was awesome! Set fishing expectations right away. Like clockwork the fish turned on as mentioned. He was even able to get dolphins to play in the wake which made my wife’s birthday! Thanks for a memorable morning! We will definitely be booking again when we return to the area.

What an incredible fishing trip! We booked a 4-hour charter with Captain John Conway, and it truly made our time in Cape Coral unforgettable. He brought us to spot after spot where we were reeling in Jack Crevalle—so many that our arms were sore by the end. At the next location, we caught plenty of Speckled Trout for a great meal. John didn’t just know where the fish were—his personality kept us laughing the entire time. To be frank, we couldn’t have asked for a better captain!
You can stop looking for the best fishing charter in, or anywhere near Cape Coral, because Conway is it!! It was me, my brother in law, and my two kids (16 and 11). Captain John's personality and overall positive attitude were a perfect fit for us. Extremely knowledgeable of where the fish were, and the fishing did not disappoint. He had everything we needed for an absolutely incredible day on the water. We caught snook, snapper, trout, and jacks by the dozen!! He even got my son to reel in a 7' lemon shark!! Memories forever!! I will definitely be booking here again!! THANK YOU, CAPT JOHN!!
We randomly picked Conway Charters a few years ago when we were looking to book a day fishing trip. The funny part was it turned out his mom knew my mother-in-law, but we had no idea who he was when we booked with him. We headed out in the morning for a 1/2 day charter and he took us around the bay there to various locations. He was a great guide, engaging and fun, trying to let us catch some different fish. We ended the morning catching a few big ones! We would definitely book with him again if we came back to the area. He was just easy going, laid back, and willing to help us try to catch fish.
