Trever was very knowledgeable about our air handler and condenser. He took his time to explain the issues. As a business owner, I appreciate that very much - as well as the honesty. The gentleman that came after, Nelson and Juan, did the repair work. They were professional, very clean, and most importantly knew what they were doing!
Awesome company and awesome experience. Serviced same-day when the system went down. I believe the unit was on its last legs (it was 7-8 years old & looking rough), and they were honest with me the unit still had some more life and recommended repair over replacement.
Our technician, Ozzie, diagnosed our problem efficiently. The repair part was ordered and he returned the next day. He made the repairs and even was able to capture all of the refrigerant which saved us considerable money. Ozzie is great. We are extremely happy to call ourselves Comfort Caddy customers!
