Tyler Schaeffer did an amazing job. He came in already aware of the issues from his Co worker Nicholas. Which was amazing also. Tyler did the troubleshooting canceling out what it could have possibly been. He found the root cause of my outlets outage and lights out in the hallway. Everything is fixed and working properly now. Matt did a good job installing our new bathroom fan/light. However I was disappointed that when he left the job was not complete and we will have to find some way ourselves to fix a gap in the ceiling. If what we purchased as a new fan wasn’t going to work out. I would have liked to have been informed and then made a decision to perhaps purchase something else or know we would need additional work to complete the job. Other than that, Matt was very nice and the fan works good, he was here in a timely manner. Update: They did come back and fix the problem. Alex, uninstalled the fan that was too small. Gave us the measurements. We were able to purchase another fan. Which they installed,, it looks and works beautifully. They did not charge us any additional money, which I appreciated. So yes, I do highly recommend them. They were very honest and helped fix the problem, very professionally and promptly. Thank you so much.
Very responsive company. The electrician, Tyler was first rate, went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied. 2 weeks later and everything is working perfectly.
Tyler was very professional, patient, helpful and explained everything. Gave me some options in terms of the fix needed and they were even able to schedule me in before I had to leave town! 10/10
