This company needs a makeover. The price keeps getting higher and the service is crappy. The guys on the truck tend to break the lids on the cans and sometimes won't even finish their jobs. If trash hits the ground they kick it to the side instead of picking it up and sometimes won't empty all the cans. On Top of that, last time I looked at the contract agreement, we pay for two pick-ups a week and only get service once.

Meikeila was amazing! We got a bit behind and she was very understanding and didnt hesitate to call me after I came in to make a payment during the time (out of their control) the internet was down when she said she'd call to help me get everything back in order. I dont think realizes the impact she made on me today through her friendly and uplifting demeanor and attitude. The staff is very friendly as well even down to the men that pick up our trash who often help me when needed if they see me scurrying to get a bag or two out. I honestly wouldnt want service with anyone else and im grateful we got everything worked out without stress.

I had an amazing experience working with Meikeila while setting up our new trash pickup account. From start to finish, she provided clear, detailed information about the entire process, including how the system works and the different pickup options available throughout the year. Her customer service was truly outstanding. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure we understood everything before finishing the call. On top of that, her personality was absolutely out of this world—friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond like she did. I highly recommend her to anyone needing assistance!

The service with Coastal Waste has been awesome. Because of a payment issue, my fault, not theirs, I had to make a call in for the first time to office personal. I spoke with Meikeila and she was professional, personable and extremely efficient in taking care of the issue. Coastal not only has a great team on the road but awesome office staff.
