Changed over from a national brand to Coastal around February 2026 for lawn treatment and maintaining sprinkler units. So far very happy. They service the yard more often for just a little more in cost. I actually see them applying different applications on each visit to address the problems. They have adjusted the sprinkler units to the current moisture we are receiving and monitored them regularly through an app. In addition they have suggested a few things i could do to help the lawn. Lawn looks the best it has in years! Very happy so far! Priced per month.
I cannot say enough good things about this company! My brand new lawn was ruined by pests and another company not listening to my concerns. This company listened to me, they took time to figure out what MY lawn needed and they did what they said they would do! I thought I was going to have to dish out tens of thousands of dollars again to re-sod. But it turns out all I needed was this amazing team of professionals who actually love what they do! We get so many compliments on our lawn now… All the credit goes to the amazing team treating our yard! I am so happy to have found them!
Shannon does a great job on our lawn. It’s obvious that Jenny has trained him to be professional and to care about his work. May I say if you have met them that the apple doesn’t fall to far from the tree.

Scott does excellent work as usual. He performed exterior extermination and did not bother us at all. He was quiet and respectful of our property while spraying all areas.
