The team was professional(Fred and Joy teams) very efficient, and highly skilled, delivering top-notch results. Autumn, in particular, went above and beyond. I highly recommend CMR construction and Roofing for the repair work they did on our storm damaged roof and gutter. The process form start to finish was smooth and easy. From Vinnie Guyarre in Sales to Nina Detore, the service manager to Michael Gomez and Nick Seaholn the actual repairmen this company is top notch. They followed their time line, gave us a more than fair price and the work looks great. I’m actually happy we had such a hard time finding a company to do the work because this place was fabulous.
We had our roof replaced in May 2021. It took forever. Brett Heier who was the sales rep but acted as the project supervisor told us that they never have had a leak when doing a roof. Well guess what we had one while they were doing the job. Water was coming through the pocket door in the bathroom and in the hallway. We only received a 2 year Warranty and now after 5 years need the roof cleaned and the guy who is doing the cleaning took pictures before he started and there were 14 cracked tiles. How did that happen when no one besides CMR had been on the roof? Never posted before about our horrible experience with them but now people should be aware!
Mike Gomez came out to fix a roof leak. He was terrific! Totally professional, respectful of the property and knowledgeable about the issue. He also wanted to make sure it was fixed and returned to test it and finish the repairs. Perfect job, cleaned up the area and very polite to me. I’d hire this guy to work for me. He was great.
Crew that did the roof to deliver, place materials ,install and clean up did an excellent job. The coordinator Kristin Lyden also excellent in follow up and working through the job.
