We have been working with Carlos and CMG Roofing for over 8 years. Carlos originally asssited us with roof repairs after Hurricane Irma. When every other roofer in town was eager to rip off our two-year-old roof, replace it with a new one, and essentially commit fraud against our insurance company, Carlos was honest and determined to find matching tiles. He knew a new roof was not required and was willing to put in the work and effort to ensure it was fixed properly. Since then, we have sent every client and friend to CMG for their roofing needs.
Carlos and his crew are by far the best craftsmen my wife and I have ever encountered in our six decades of life, having owned numerous homes all over this country. We had Carlos replace our roof and gutters in our new home in North Fort Myers and we are so very pleased. He is such a wonderfully nice man, extremely honest, incredibly helpful and he and his crew are very hard workers. You will be impressed with their work ethic. He even just did some interior work for us, and, once again the quality of his craftsmanship is exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend CMG Roofing. They are quite simply the best.
This review is different. I did not have CMG roofing do any roof work for me, But I sent CMG roofing a check by mistake since there is another CMG roofing in the area. Carlos Was very understanding and returned my check with no problems. I can personally verify that Carlos is an honest businessman who takes care of his responsibility. I had to get a roof replaced on my house in Ft Myers while I live in BC Canada. Carlos worked with me all via phone, e mail and text. The job was done very quickly and looked great as he kept me up to date through pictures as the job progressed. CMG had also don't my Brother in laws roof and my Nephews roof after Ian and came highly recommended. Thank you Carlos for working with me like you did with my being 3300 miles away , awesome
