Very nice resort right on the beach plenty of venues for drinks and food within walking distance. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They actually got me checked in early since my room was ready. If I had one issue it would be the internet connection to my phone. Had quite a few issues while in my room. Other than that it was a wonderful experience.
We got a highest floor room and we can’t sleep..we can hear so many noises of huge machines at the last floors on top of us. We asked for a change and they said the hotel is sold out and there is nothing that they can do.
On our last day we misplaced our car keys and spent a few hours looking for them. The entire housekeeping crew led by Raphael and Elisha were very attentive and helpful. They brought us waters and let me stay in the apartment a bit longer until help arrived. I would like to specially thank Raphael and Elisha for going out of their way to ensure our safety and well being. We would also line to thank Michelle from the front office who always welcomes us with a smile and is courteous and extremely helpful. Our vacations wouldn’t be the same without your special touch! We love Club Regency Marco Island and feel at home! Thank You!
Lovely suite and comfortable setup. It truly feels like a home away from home. We had the 2 bed suite located on the beach and the view was perfect. All you hear are the sounds of the ocean and the wildlife in the vicinity. The pool area is beautiful and all together the resort is visually pleasing. The beach access is literally right in front of you and also a great area for shelling. The Regency definitely has made a return guest out of me.
The club itself is great; the staff are very hospitable and friendly, and the beach is amazing. But some of the guests that stay there are not of good element. A lot of entitlement attitudes and makes a day at the beach somewhat not pleasant, especially when they are encroaching in your space and feel as if they are entitled to do so and no one doesn't do anything about it.
