Rented a 3 bedroom home from Clausen and the process was very straightforward, even with collecting key for the property outside office hours. The house itself was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Just as described on the website. Will always use Clausen for any visit to Marco Island.

We rented this house for five weeks and had five different families visit throughout our stay. It’s a beautiful home with plenty of room, a wonderful pool, spa and deck right on the canal. The grandkids loved staying there! We love Marco, and Clausen Properties was great to work with. We hope we can do it again!

We stayed on Marco Island for a week in late Dec/Early January. This is our 3rd trip there and first time using Clausen Properties. The house was well-stocked, clean and clutter-free. I rent vacation homes for years for almost every vacation around country and question the logic of only providing one roll of toilet paper, paper towels and a few garbage bags.. making the renter re-stock if it's used up. Just supply the supplies!! The agency was very responsive in terms of getting back to us quickly however we had significant problem with the pool temperatures and spa working. The pool was freezing cold and not heated (was listed as such) and despite numerous emails and phone calls, it was not until our 5th day there that the issue was resolved and pool temperature heated. The temps were unseasonably cold for a few days there but that should have no impact on pool heater working (they tried to play that line). We were constantly told it was in "service mode" so the spa can't work until its out of service mode once it's heated. Turns out despite the phone calls and emails, the heat was never turned on. We figured that out once the agency finally sent out their pool guy. Having a usable pool and spa was one of the reasons for booking this house. All Marco Island properties charge a premium for this and we were highly disappointed. In any event we are heading back to Marco this December and have booked with another agency not Clausen Properties.

Family of 4 stayed at this property for one week. The home is beautiful. It was very roomy and comfortable. The home was extremely clean with all the furnishings you may need for the pool and beach. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc. The beds were very comfortable. The patio and pool were a great size for a family. The pool basketball hoop was a huge plus for my teenagers. The neighborhood is very quiet as well as the backyard. It really feels very secluded. The home is near shopping and all the beaches are a 5-10 minute drive away. I will definitely stay at the property again.
