A week ago, I contacted City Electric in search for a stainless steel (or brushed nickel) 6" floor plate for my home. The person who answered the phone, April Bembry, was fantastic! Talk about GREAT customer service and care! From the moment April and I spoke, I knew I was in good hands. She tracked down the exact floor plate I was looking for and kept me in the loop as to when it was expected to arrive. April was extremely efficient, professional and genuinely interested in her customers' satisfaction. I'm now a customer for life! Marla
Great service and very helpful staff! Need dimmer switches, wrap fixtures for the garage? You name it, they got it. Good prices too! And easy returns!
Very bad experience here. Workers mistreat and treat you with an aggressive attitude. They never give you what you ask for, they always give you everything wrong and they never admit their mistake. I had stopped buying here a long time ago because of this same situation but apparently it has not changed at all in the present. I consider it the worst of services
Great experience calling and working with Philip as well as ordering online. They worked to find what I needed and also offer ship to store free. One day cut and ship from JAX.
Micheal was amazing as he was able to find a large 15” electrical joint box cover and got it for me for $2.88 as FedX from their warehouses is free. I love that they allow you text them with your request…they have a service that allows you to text their land line and it sends messages back and forth. I’ve used them a lot when I can’t find certain items at HD, Lowes or ACE. Excellent service and very professional.
