Really pleased with the service from Charlie's Angels Plumbing. I had no prior experience, and just went based on google reviews. I'm glad I chose them. I felt the prices were reasonable. They were very communicative, and Britt was even able to come early to the appointment. (Although she texted me ahead of time to ensure that worked with my schedule). The wax ring and flange on my toilet were broken, and Britt efficiently fixed the issues, and I'm super pleased how the toilet is functioning now. I'll be calling this company again in the future for plumbing concerns.

The company was referred by my neighbor. Brittany was the representative. She was very informative and personal. We are very happy with the initial phone call to set up the appointment all the way through the final billing process.

The company that I chose to renovate my bathrooms, exclusively uses Charlie's Angels Plumbing. I was told they do exceptional work and I would love them. I can honestly say that it's true. Adam, Bethany, and Albert provided excellent service and were so patient in answering all my questions, especially in making sure I was choosing the right selections for the bathroom fixtures (faucets, toilets, & tub). Also, the phone call reminders from Nora were always nice to hear. I am so pleased with how the bathrooms turned out. They were also able to change my kitchen sink which looks wonderful! I am most happy that now I have a plumber I can call and it's Charlie's Angels Plumbing. They are the best!

As a customer for the better part of 10 years or more I unfortunately can no longer recommend this plumbing service. Not because the work is bad, but because management no longer seems to care about its customers. It’s been over 3 months of waiting on Adam to respond to me requesting a simple partial refund for what I feel was a miss diagnosed service call, and he won’t return my calls or messages to confirm or deny my request. After months of waiting I finally got in touch with Adam, and he said he would look into my complaint. I was told, by Adam, he would get back to me after the new year, and even after my followup call in January here we are a month later and I haven’t heard back. I guess I give up, can anyone recommend a new plumber?

We were delighted with Charlie’s Angels. Bethany showed up on time, was delightful to work with and cleary had expertise Additionally she identified and fixed a potential leak. She got the job done - we highly recommend this company!
