The process was seamless from my first phone call discussing having hanging rods and hanger storage brackets installed in my laundry room, to receiving and approving my estimate, to the actual work being done. My installer was suchhh a great guy, he took the time to understand what I wanted, gave me options and spent his time doing the job with precise measurements, care and pride in his work. This is the second time we have used Chad the Handyman services and we will definitely continue to use them in the future.
Chad the handyman and his sister company homeworks Construction and design did several projects for us. They did a complete remodel of a 30-year-old bathroom, installed a new kitchen sink and redid the plumbing,, installed a new, air conditioner with a new stand. Everything was done to perfection and are complete satisfaction with no problems. That's pretty unique for the extent of the work that we had done. We would never use anyone but Chad the handyman Orr homeworks Construction and design for any project we have in our home. From their office staff and the people that did the work, everything was nothing but professional.
I had a ceiling crack that needed new sheetrock replacement and broken attic stairs. I received a quote very quickly and moved forward with the project. It took about 6 hours but everything looks great!
Chad the Handyman team were a life saver when I needed immediate help getting some windows boarded up while I was out of town on a property. They even picked wood that closely matched the building so it didn’t stand out which was way more than needed but very much appreciated! They sent photos of the completed work which gave me peace of mind especially being out of town. I will be calling on them again in the future for sure! Prices were very fair and reasonable and invoicing/payment was easy to even do from my phone. Highly recommend!
Chads was outstanding! From start to finish they were super accommodating. The price was extremely fair, and repair work was top notch. Don’t call anyone else.
