We recently just purchased our home and quickly found that our plenum was growing mold on the outside. Catalyst air conditioning came out, had a look at it and quickly got to replacing it. Matt and Chris worked professionally while replacing our plenum in the garage, ensuring everything was installed neatly and efficiently. They kindly told us we should add a UV light to the inside (which we did). We are extremely happy with the work we receive this morning! Will be recommending to our friends and family.
Christian D did an outstanding job maintaining my air conditioning unit! Not only did he do an awesome job getting the system running perfectly, but he also went out of his way to keep me informed at every step of the process. I highly recommend his services for anyone needing a reliable AC technician.
Wade was very professional and seems very knowledgeable for being a younger gentleman. He was very considerate and well mannered. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly so I could understand things I didn’t already know, and that’s how we learn…right? I’m looking forward to the new A/C project to be completed today, and thanks Wade for making me very comfortable with this new home investment. Alex and Carlos were so amazing and very very professional… I have nothing but great things to say about them. From the moment they pulled into the driveway until the moment they left the driveway they were working nonstop to get the AC project accomplished… Which include included, removing all of the existing ductwork And mechanical parts of the air-conditioning units… And then they replaced it with all new professionally run ductwork and a new air-conditioning unit as well as blown insulation… I give them five stars and if I could give them 10 stars I would… Thank you so much once again Alex and Carlos.
Edwin was very polite and friendly. Very knowledgeable and explained to any questions I had about the system. Both of the installers cleaned up after themselves. Did a awesome job and they were quick. They didn't dillydally about getting the job done. The cost was the best price and saved us alot. We talked to them on Wednesday and by Friday our system was installed. I would highly recommend this company and these installers to anyone that that needs a new air conditioning system. I give them 5 stars out of 5 for their service.
Our 9 year old home air conditioner decided to stop working on a Thursday in the late afternoon and did so on what was one of the hottest days of the year. Thank goodness Alexis and his Catalyst team had our back. Team member Christian was at our house in no time and identified a serious electrical situation within our air conditioner, which could have compromised our family's safety if not have been found. Our new inside and outside units were installed that Saturday morning flawlessly and we have been loving it ever since. Also have noticed a significant drop in electric usage since then. It's amazing how hard our old unit was working and costing us. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the Catalyst team for treating us like family and making the whole nightmare of having a broken air conditioner much easier.
