Definitely 5 stars. We called the day before and was able to getting a booking the next morning. Arriving at the dock Captain Griffin met us at the dock and took us out and got us on some Jack and Red Snapper almost immediately. He knows this area well and was very professional and friendly and personable. He also had water on the boat we could use as it was a hot hot day on the water. Even very patient when my nephew got his line spooled up in the trolling motor by accident. Lol. We did get on some Tarpon but we couldn’t em get in (our fault). At the end of the trip we did get a Goliath Grouper and a nurse shark. Definitely would recommend. Hopefully more come out and use his character.

What an amazing experience!!! Cannot recommend Capt Griffin enough!!! He definitely knows the bay, where and how to find the fish and how to make his guests feel welcome and wanting to come back for more! We loved it so much that we did two days in a row with him. If you’re looking for An exceptional fishing experience, definitely give him a call!

This charter was all we could ask for! Captain Griffiin is a Fort Myers Beach local (born and raised) who is intimately aware of which species lives where, what bait they prefer and how they like to strike. Even with weather being less than cooperative, we came home with lots to enjoy, filleted by Captain Griffin himself and put on ice for the safe travel home. My 13 year old son and I are not experienced fishermen and he coached us through everything we would needed to know. Importantly, he was GREAT with our son & coached him beyond my ability. Added bonuses included watching two Osprey catch dinner & a group of dolphins fish for mullet. We appreciated wonderful with communication from our initial inquiry to our goodbye, this is a charter we would/will use again as soon as returning to the USA becomes reasonable once more for Canadians. Highly recommended!!!

We had a great day fishing with Griffin. He was on time, loaded with bait, and took us to spots where we were catching fish the whole time. He knew we were interested in some keepers, so moved around to find the fish. We ended up with a couple keepers that made a great dinner that night. Griffin is a nice guy – polite, helpful, informed and made sure our 14 year-old and us had a great time. Good communicator before the trip and during. Highly recommend. Thanks Griffin for an awesome day!

After several recommendations for Griffin’s fishing charter, we booked a 6hr trip and glad we did. My son and husband had a great time. They were on fish the entire time and caught 6 different species of fish. Griffin was super friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help. He filleted all the keepers and we had some amazing fresh fish for dinner. We are frequent visitors to FMB and will definitely book another charter with him.
