Cape Coral Plumbing is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with, I decided to build my own home in Cape Coral in 2023 and this was at the time when many companies were very busy as this was before the recent slowdown in construction so what I quickly discovered from so many of the trades companies such as HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing etc... was basically the attitude that many companies had so much work hand over fist that many of them had no problem basically telling me the small guy owner builder sorry but "we are not accepting new customers at this time" ...... wow! Cape Coral plumbing on the other hand even though they were very busy at that time never once made me feel like that, they showed patience and understood that I was figuring this out as I went along cuz I had never built a house and I was learning as I went so they never hesitated to make suggestions, they would tell me how what and/or why this way or that way was better and explained why. First off their pricing was right in line with the other bids but it was easy to select them as for one they had also done all of this same work for a good friend of mines new construction home in the Cape a few years before and he strongly recommended them so I could tell the service & finished product would be top of the line with them, and it was. For example my home plans did not include any bath tubs only 3 showers and when I changed my mind to change the one shower to a tub they were more than fair on the added cost even though it required chipping concrete to change the piping as they had already roughed in the drain pipes for the shower and they sold me a nice bath tub at the same cost as what it would cost at the big box stores there was no price gouging from them at all in fact this whole situation cost me less than I expected. Cort was terrific the whole way, the owner of the company even came out to the job site a few times to check on things. I was so happy with them that I decided to also get a quote from them to do the propane work, tanks, lines, hookups, permit, the whole thing for the stove, grill and generator. Their price was very good so I am happy that I hired them for this also and Mike was great and never got annoyed with my million questions, they did it exactly as I had hoped they were very thorough and the inspector said they always do good work and he said they did a very nice job on mine. It took me a while but I finally finished this house in December 2025, the long time frame was 100% due to myself simply not really know what I was doing, everything that Cape Coral plumbing did was timely, in fact they often would be out quicker than I expected when I would let them know hey I am ready for the next stage of the plumbing or the propane so this was also nice as some other contractors made me wait a while and even worse a lot of companies just showed up without even telling me they would be coming. Cape Coral plumbing did not do this, they always communicated ahead of time and made sure that the day & time they could put me down for would work for me and I appreciated this very much. And now that the project is complete they are still providing excellent service, they always are available to speak and if not the person whom I called for always calls me back promptly so I will be having them do some more work here in the future. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing and propane work and if I ever build another house for sure I will hire them again.

Contracted with Cape Coral Plumbing to run propane line, install new tankless navien system, and other plumbing work. The team was great, from helping design the changes, estimate, permitting, installation and follow up. Did the job right, fair price - expert, professional and responsive. Highly recommend.

We've had trouble with our fireplace since it was installed in 2018 (new house build). Turns out it had not been properly setup to use propane and was set up for natural gas. Later In 2018, we had it checked and the propane conversion changes were made (we thought). However, apparently there was one key correction that was an oversight--the burner assembly had not been corrected. The burner air shutter was fully closed when it should be removed entirely for propane. Therefore, for many repairs before, the fireplace kept overheating and melting control, wires, and transformer plug components, requiring a complete replacement part by part of the fireplace. Marco, a new employee to Cape Coral Plumbing came out and had it diagnosed and corrected within a short time. He previously worked for a propane company and he knows his stuff. He adjusted the flame to burn the most efficient and it's working properly for the first time since original installation. THANK YOU MARCO! You were kind, thoughtful, respectful, knowledgeable and professional! APPRECIATE IT GREATLY!!

Excellent Customer Service!! Our hot water heater was not working, so we called Cape Coral Plumbing. Diane was very sympathetic and sent a technician quickly to assess the problem. The required part was not immediately available from the manufacturer and since it was a Saturday, it couldn't be delivered until Monday. The folks at Cape Coral were creative and identified an interim solution to get us hot water. Diane was very helpful and the price was very fair and reasonable. Thank you Diane and Cape Coral Plumbing!!

Our water heater started to leak. Manufacturer said it was under warranty and gave me a plumbing contractor to call. I was advised they were not accepting new customers and I asked for any possible recommendations. They suggested Cape Coral Plumbing.When I called and explained the situation to Diane, she was very understanding. Here it was just after Noon and she said she would try and get someone here but it could be late. She called me back within 30 minutes and told me a tech would be at my home within an hour. The tech arrived, assessed the situation, stated the heater was shot. Surprised me when he had stopped on his way and picked up a replacement water heater, as he had seen this many times before with this specific manufacturers product. 90 minutes later he was finished. New water heater installed and old heater removed and taken away. Amazing customer support and response. From now on if I ever have a need, I will ALWAYS call Cape Coral Plumbing!
