It’s 8:30 in the morning and still haven’t set up chairs. By the time they set up there is little beach space left so you are placed BEHIND other tents, chairs. Why pay money for 2nd row seats? Since they won’t set up early Just bring your own chairs and get front row for free.

Came with family and decided to splurge… on my own damn chair. I’m all about supporting local businesses. But I will not be supporting this one. Got here Saturday (07/19), I decided to reserve a few chairs online but no call back or response. Called 3 times the next day and no answer. So I assumed maybe they were just so busy. The guy called me back a few hours later and had to have been the rudest guy I ever had on the phone (I’ve worked in over the phone customer service and I’ve had my fair share of rude callers, but nothing like this). He didn’t even ask for my name. Just where we were staying and the card info. I do have to say, as soon as I got off the phone, the chairs were set up. A family member of mine called Tuesday to reserve some for the remaining days. Called, left voicemail, and also done an online reservation. No response. After the awful service, I’m considering starting my own beach chair rental service…

Do NOT use Burke's. I contracted with them for a simple one week (six days) rental, of four umbrellas, eight chairs. The first three days I had to repeatedly call and text to get them delivered. And when I got the invoice, they charged me much more than we agreed on. So let's see... non-existent service and over-charged. I suggest using La Dolce Vita, we used them for other services, and they were top-notch.

Burke's Beach Service did a fantastic job with our chair rentals. We had a large group in peak season in July, each day our chairs were set out nicely and right in front of the water. They were easy to communicate with prior to arrival and during the booking process. We will definitely book with them again each time we come down to 30a - no other way to go! What a great experience.

I highly recommend Burke’s beach services! I recently got married on Santa Rosa Beach which lasted until 10:00pm, I had reserved a beach bonfire through Burke’s to go from 9:00-midnight, so that it would be set up and ready to go for the guests immediately following the reception. Clayton, with Burke’s, not only had everything set up and ready to go for us, but he saw how much fun our guests were having and took time out of his own evening to allow us to keep the party going. He was very professional, and I WILL be using their services again in the future and recommend them to others looking to have a fun day/night on the beach!
