I highly recommend using this company! I booked a water slide for my son’s 13th birthday. Everything went seamlessly. From getting quotes to the set up and pick up. Communication was excellent. I knew what to expect and when to expect it. The water slide was clean and well kept. They even personally stopped by my house to make sure the slope in my backyard would not interfere with the set up of the slide prior to delivery day. Very impressed with the customer service compared to other companies I have used. I will definitely be using them in the future!
Bunble bounce is a great inflatable Co. They are reliable and communicative. It is a great deal to get 3 days for the price of one!
Bumble bounce was perfect for my daughter’s birthday party! We got a bounce house/slide combo along with a cotton candy machine. The bounce house was the highlight of the party and all the kids loved it! Justin was great dropping it off and picking it up. 10/10 recommend! Will be using again!
Incredible service from the get go. I called Bumble after speaking to 5 other businesses who where booked or unavailable. They were attentive, detail oriented and worked with me to ensure I got the best value for the money. The service was quick and had absolutely no issues while using the bounce house. The bounce house itself was clean, incredibly large and attractive to the kids. They are also local (Lehigh Acres area) and it was incredible to support a local business and a family. Will recommend and continue to use their services in the future.
Bumble bounce did an excellent job with the rental of their water slide. The communication was great from the moment we made the reservation to the day of pick up. The staff was very friendly. We also got a buy on get one so we got an extra day with the water slide and all the kids where so excited. The slide itself was in excellent condition, very clean and well kept. We have no complaints with bumble bounce and will be using them again in the future.
