Reviews
The appetizers and main course was absolutely amazing! The marinara sauce was fantastic and definitely authentic ! The cannoli was sooooo good! Even the bread with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and herbs were divine. Our server Karissa was very attentive and professional. We appreciated her top notch care of our needs. We will definitely come here again!
We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Bruno’s Brooklyn in downtown Fort Myers! The food was incredible—fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Every dish we ordered exceeded our expectations, and you can tell they take great pride in the quality of their food. The service was just as impressive. Alyssa was an amazing server—friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel welcome from start to finish. Zachary also helped take care of us, and together they provided exceptional service. Their teamwork, professionalism, and attention to detail made our dining experience even better. If you’re in downtown Fort Myers and looking for outstanding food paired with top-notch service, Bruno’s Brooklyn is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic meal!
It’s no accident that Fuhgeddaboudit says it all. In fact, it’s even written across the awning in front of Bruno’s. This is a lively and authentic Italian eatery and you don’t have to have an overactive imagination to think you’re actually in Brooklyn. Bruno can always be found somewhere and most often in plain sight cooking up with seems like a dozen dishes at the same time. If you really like front row seating, you can pay a premium to sit at their chef’s table, which are the barstools directly in front of his performance space. You have to go at least once and I’m willing to wager you will come back.
What a delicious experience at Bruno's! We took my mom for her birthday and they did a great job of making her feel special with having a birthday card for her when they sat us down. Zach, our Server was the best! So knowledgeable and fun to be around. He gave his honest opinions and suggestions and was very knowledgeable about the menu. We had the baked clam app with some warm bread and dipping oil to start. The mains were so wonderful! The shrimp fig balsamic pasta was by far my favorite. Such a unique dish, highly recommend. The braciole was perfectly cooked, very tender and the pear pasta was delicious too, sweet and savory. Anthony made sure our drinks were full and packed up our leftovers. Really great service!! Can't wait to be back!
First time at this restaurant. Reviews looked good, so thought we’d try it. The food was disappointing. The sausage pepper entree had no flavor, garlic was burnt and very little sausage. The bread and dipping oil also disappointing. Bread was stale and the dipping oil had an odd taste to it. Stingy pour on the house wibe. Maybe 4oz tops. Only positive note was chicken parm. Nice flavor.
