What an outstanding experience from beginning to end. We had 2 different crews for pickup and drop off as we last minute decided to extend the rental overnight. They were awesome about adjusting our pickup to the following day and accommodating our late request. Both crews we saw were awesome- helpful, efficient and courteous. Also, the waterslide was clean and amazing. Kids from 4 to 13 LOVED it and the adults also had a ton of fun on it. Really a great experience. We will 100% be renting from Bounce Orlando again.
We had a great experience with Bounce Orlando for our bounce house rental. Their team communicated proactively throughout the process, delivered everything right on time, and made setup super easy. The bounce house itself was very clean and in excellent condition. The kids had an amazing time! Highly recommend Bounce Orlando for anyone planning a party or event.
Florida Kraze Krush (FKK) soccer club used Bounce Orlando for our End Of Year Celebration event at Central Winds Park where hundreds of our families come out to celebrate another successful year. Bounce Orlando staff and equipment were top notch. They were on time, asked questions about placement, moved things as needed and were there to break down on time as well. They have a huge selection of items that are fairly priced too! Thank you Bounce Orlando :)
Absolutely outstanding experience! The equipment looked brand new and was exceptionally clean and well maintained. From choosing our unit to the final pickup, this was hands down the best experience we’ve had in Central Florida—and we’ve been renting for over 15 years. The delivery, setup, and pickup team was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful, both in appearance and in how they interacted with us. Bounce Orlando offers amazing value, but more importantly, they deliver an experience that’s truly fun and stress-free. They exceeded our expectations in every way, and we will definitely be using them again.
Alec and his team were incredibly professional! They communicated well, were extremely efficient and my kids had a wonderful time! The bounce house was significantly bigger than I thought (which was a great thing) and the process was extremely seamless. If you are looking to have a bounce house for an event - look no further! I cannot wait to host again and hire Bounce Orlando!
