AMAZING STAFF I CANT THANK THEM ENOUGH!! We adopted a dog 4 days ago from Gulf Coast Humane Society. My fiancée took him to work with him today, he works a few streets away from the boarding kennel. Our dog ran out of his shop and got away. We were going up and down the streets in the area for over a hour searching for him. In the mean time, the staff noticed a random dog out back and brought him inside. When they saw me slowly driving around with the windows down. They put 2 and 2 together. She literally got in her own vehicle and spotted us down the street where he was last seen and asked if we were looking for a dog. YES WE WERE!!! We followed her back described our dog and what he was wearing and reunited us with him!!! Here is a picture of him after our stressful/emotional search was over. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!!
My dogs love it here. They are always happy to come and happy to go home. Very nice boarding facility.
My cat Elly has stayed here and seemed happy coming home. Staff were friendly
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! My 15 yr. Old diabetic toy fox terrier was happy and well-maintained there for 9 days. They took great care of her. She came home happy with her dog bed that didn't even have a scent of other dogs. All her belongings were returned clean. It was my first time ever boarding a dog on a recommendation and I couldn't be happier!! Thank you to the staff for caring!!
We have boarded our dog twice at this kennel within the past 2 months (and used them several times prior with no issues). In June 2024, he was vomiting blood immediately upon returning home which resulted in an emergency vet trip. Today, I picked him up after a 9 day stay, paid my bill and asked how did hid. Nothing was disclosed at pick up and I received no phone calls during the stay Within 20 minutes of getting home, blood dripping from his rear and uncontrollable bloody diarrhea. I phoned the kennel to inquire since nothing was disclosed to me at pick up. The staff who returned my voicemail denied any knowledge of blood in his kennel area prior to pick up but I was told I would get a call from the manager or owner. The manager or owner called my husband back, not me, and told him this is very common after baths and periods of stress and anxiety. Over the past 12 years I have used several boarding facilities for my dog and I have never received such little communication regarding my dog's status and potential health issues. I write this review to share with other pet owners who are considering entrusting their family pets at this facility. Update: The owner has been very responsive, kind and caring regarding the situation. She has had conversations with a local vet and sent information to me. I appreciate her attention put towards the matter and it is apparent that she truly cares about the animals.
