I have been using Blue Science Pools for regular pool service, and the weekly cleanings have been very consistent. Over time, they also handled pool resurfacing, paver work, a new screen enclosure, and solar pool heating, which really helped keep the pool comfortable in the Florida heat. It has been a very positive experience from start to finish. The work was completed within the quoted timeframe, the craftsmanship was excellent, and the pool area looks great. Ernest, Wayne, and Nathan were prompt, professional, and did quality work from start to finish. They even completed the job earlier than expected. Now our pool looks refreshed and upgraded, like a brand-new high-end pool, but at a very fair price. We would highly recommend this team for pool repair, resurfacing, hardscaping, and related outdoor work. They also helped with a front patio project that had been left unfinished by another contractor. The crew removed the old work and installed matching pavers to tie everything together with the pool area, and the final result looks beautiful. The crews were professional, friendly, and clearly knew pool work well. I was worried the job area might be left messy, but everything was cleaned up nicely afterward and the pool area looked great. No need to look for another pool service. Blue Science Pools has been taking care of my pool for a long time, and the service has been excellent. Nathan does a fantastic job keeping the water clean, balanced, and ready for the hot Cape Coral weather. I can check the weekly pool service updates and photos, which is very helpful when I am away from home. Customer service is also excellent. If the pool needs chemicals, extra attention, or if they notice any possible equipment or water issues, they let me know right away by text or phone call. They are always friendly, helpful, and professional. It gives me peace of mind knowing my pool is being cared for consistently, and I am very happy with the service. I would highly recommend them.
