Excellent service from start to finish. Bill Jones accommodated all of our requirements and scheduling requests and were a pleasure to work with throughout the project. As we are based in the UK, everything was managed remotely, so it was essential that we could rely on clear communication and regular updates. The work was completed on time, within the agreed budget, and with minimal disruption. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others seeking a reliable and professional service.
Bill Jones is an excellent roofing company. I would highly recommend working with them for roofing repairs and replacement. They are efficient, professional, personable, and careful/respectful of property, going out of their way to clean up after each day’s work. Also, no messy dumpsters are used during the demo process and new roof tiles are delivered and laid out on the roof in about 1.5-2 hours. Consequently, streets are not blocked as other companies do during their demo and delivery processes. Work product is excellent. David Gonzalez and Brooke Davis are easy to work with and very professional. All deadlines were met. Final cost was the same as the original estimate. Also, office personnel are always available to answer questions.
