They helped us with our time frame, found flooring when our original choice was totally sold to another business/company, and were always available to answer all of our questions. The installers, Ernesto and Alex, were professional, hard working, and wanted us to be completely satisfied with the flooring installation in our three bedrooms and our garage. We just finished having are Laminate flooring installed by Bendele Abbey Flooring & Rug and they did a excellent job. Ernesto did the installation. Jo & Lynn were very helpful & profesional. Liked so much we just set up our next room to have done. Would definitely recommend them.
Today I had my stairway carpeted by Jacob Goodnite. I met with Rick at the showroom and he was so helpful with the choice of color and type of carpet to use. Joe called yesterday to say that the carpet was in and scheduled me for this morning! I've spoken with Lynn on the phone and she is just so helpful and polite! Jacob was just plain awesome! Polite, kind, efficient, and hard-working. He finished by vacuuming everything - even the cat hair behind my sofa next to the stairway. I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation well enough!
