Waiting on trash cans for over 4 weeks. Company had no problem charging me for the cans immediately but still hasn’t delivered the cans. Employees are super nice but the company must have serious leadership issues because after calling my city/county for help this seems to be an ongoing issue for BCC. I’ve even offered to buy a generic can locally so they could restore my service, but they said they will only dump their cans. I get that under normal circumstances, but since my cans were destroyed by an automobile and they cannot bring me new cans I don’t see why there cannot be an exception. They also don’t have a problem billing me for services that they clearly aren’t fulfilling during this down time. If I had the ability to go anywhere else for trash services I would unfortunately they are contracted with our city/county and for now I’m stuck waiting. Will be reaching out to credit card company for help since they have retained payment and not delivered product. Jason Tunnell, run your business better!
They left trash bags out by the side of my yard instead of picking them up. That's okay cause they're just gonna be sitting right there for pick-up next week in the same spot. Trash service only picks up once a week and expects the trash to be perfect. Maybe they should start picking up two times a week like the old service would and the trash wouldn't be in such disarray by the time they get to it due to bears and just too much time between pickups in general. Until then my trash can will be stacked as high as possible and I ain't paying extra for another can.
Shoutout to Dalton at BCC! He helped me save money on a dumpster and made the whole process incredibly easy. The service has been top-notch from start to finish. Reliable, responsive, and exactly what you want from a waste management company. I honestly wish I had made the switch sooner. Highly recommend BCC if you’re looking for great service and better pricing!

Paid for a can a month ago didn’t get it till last week and delivered day after dump day so I automatically filled it up. Like 2 weeks worth of trash, then they never pick it up. Called 3 times each time they said it would be picked up the next day and it never did. Paid all the money and waited all that time for no reason. Definitely canceling Monday. It’s ridiculous. Do NOT choose bcc.
