I just bought my wife a classic 2008 Nissan 350 Z Roadster convertible in "new" shape. I wanted to to be sure of what she is driving, so we decided to buy a new battery for it. We called a few other stores and asked for batteries...but they didn't even have the one that we needed in stock! Then we found Batteries Plus downtown Naples near Jimmy P's. These guys were courteous on the phone, had the battery in stock, and told us to bring the Z in and they would install it! We did do that this morning, and not only were these 2 guys experienced....but they were fast! We were in and out in 20 minutes! EXCELLENT JOB guys! I wish that I had gotten your names, but I guess that you are the only 2 employees or owners! We will absolutely tell all of our friends to go straight to your shop for ANYTHING batteries! Thank you!
Saturday I tried to get about 2k worth of batteries from them. Eric told me they can get more information on the batteries on Monday. I called Monday to get more information. Eric said I had to wait for Michael on Tuesday. I called Tuesday. No information yet. Michael called me later Tuesday to tell me they can't get the batteries. Why Eric couldn't look into on Monday is uncertain to me. They didn't seem to care too much. I get it but I won't be trying Batteries Plus again.
Great place to do business for your automotive batteries. The staff is friendly and helpful! Highly recommend them...Killian went above and beyond to take care of me.
I go there when I need batteries that I can't get around the corner at Walmart and it is great, people are friendly and helpful. For me it's been quick and easy prices have been reasonable for me ! ☺️
We just came back from this location with the worst customer experience I have ever experienced, 8/31/2025. Yesterday 8/30/2025 I brought in a small 12 volt battery to see what was wrong with it. The stores employee, Killian helped me out great. Diagnosed the battery and said it needed a charge. Not only did he tell me, but he wrote it on the receipt which I have if the battery did not take the charge the store will deduct the $10 charging fee to your new battery.. I went back today to pick up the battery. It did not take the charge. I was ready to purchase a new battery, but they would not honor the $10 discount then a big fight started. I had the $10 discount written by Killianit on the receipt. The store’s employees Dan and Omar were horrible. Actually they were extremely aggressive towards me and my wife.I would love the opportunity to speak with the owner of this store. I have not only purchased for myself and also purchased many items for my employer at this store but let me tell you I and I hope everyone that reads this avoids this store at all cost. Customer service is dead. At least in this store.
