Very smart guy who truly knows his craft. Although Aztec was slightly more expensive, I awarded them the $4,000+ project because Brook presented himself as a knowledgeable and trustworthy professional. They completed the entire job in a single day, which even required two or more trips to the supply house to secure the exact parts needed. He was assisted by Samuel, who was very helpful, friendly, and also very knowledgeable. The one concern I have about Aztec is that they charged the full cost of the project up front but the inspection and permiting took place a couple weeks after the initial instalation. I do not think this is a good business practice as it forces the client, in this case me, to be involved in the permit process. They should, in my judgment, charge half up front and half upon completion of the entire backflow project. First‑class plumber and first‑class company.

Had high quality work done twice by Aztec for our water system. I really recommend them for any plumbing needs. Our first service was to replace our water pressure tank and the second was to replace a failing pressure switch. They provide a detailed invoice and high definition before and after photos as well. Our technician, Giandrey Pepin came to fix both, and each time he was punctual, professional, efficient, extremely knowledgeable about the field, detail-oriented and thorough with his work, and a great listener for any questions I asked. I recommend him to anyone who chooses Aztec for their plumbing services. Thanks; very much appreciated!

Nate Wood did an outstanding job with my water heater install. Very professional, patient, and honest throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was that once he came out, he could’ve easily just told me I needed to buy a brand new water heater and left it at that. Instead, he went above and beyond by contacting the manufacturer for me and helping me get a free replacement under warranty. Because of that, I only had to pay for the installation instead of an entirely new system, which saved me thousands of dollars. It’s hard to find people that genuinely look out for customers like that anymore. Highly recommend Nate Wood of Aztec plumbingto anyone needing plumbing or water heater work done.

The technician that was sent to my home was excellent!! Knowledgeable, professional, friendly. I have no issues with the service I received. However the price charged to install a new garbage disposal was much higher than expected. $723 for an Insinkerator 1/2 HP disposal that retails for $120 and 40 minutes of labor. That’s like paying over $500/hr for a plumber. The AI agent they use to field calls and schedule a technician makes it impossible to get an estimate without them coming to your home. I don’t know what others charge to replace a garbage disposal these days, but I find it hard to believe that $723 is the current industry standard. I would definitely shop around next time and call a business where I can talk to a real person up front.
