Working with Fernando was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. Fernando oversaw installation of our new windows, sliders, and front door was flawless. What a great experience. I purchased hurricane impact windows and sliding door for my condo, a very quality product. I have to add that the three gentlemen that completed the installation were stellar. I can’t speak more highly of them. Total respect of me my property, explaining everything and cleaning up as they went along. Got here when they said both days and did an incredible job. Best investment I could have made. It's a delight to be working with Larry! He is extremely knowledgeable about the Armorvue products, from the manufacturing through the installation. He presents information in a clear and concise manner, while being very personable and professional. It is apparent Larry really cares about his customers. He's just an all around nice guy! I wish I could say this was a great experience, but it wasn’t. What was verbally quoted as a 6 to 8 week installation ultimately stretched to nearly 30 weeks after the wrong windows were delivered at the 8 to 12 week mark. Management did offer to temporarily install the incorrect windows at their expense since we were replacing broken ones, which is the only reason this review is 2 stars. Credit where credit is due, there was at least an attempt to mitigate the situation. The installation crew itself was a different story. They had kids walking around my yard with no purpose, messing with Christmas lights, and generally treating the site like a hangout instead of a job site. I had to ask them to cover my carpet and bathroom floor as they repeatedly tracked in and out of the house. During this process, the crew broke one of the temporary windows and failed to adequately clean up broken glass. The caulking work was sloppy, and instead of removing a shutter rail on one window, they claimed they could simply caulk behind it. That was incorrect. I later had RollSafe remove the track and confirm it was not sealed properly. When the installer returned, he indicated the issue would not be addressed until final payment was made. I had to escalate the matter to the office and clearly state that payment would be made as soon as the work was completed correctly. In my opinion, the situation was an absolute embarrassment. To top it off, once everything was supposedly complete, a service technician was sent out to install trim and managed to get that wrong as well, even planning to leave with roughly half of the trim pieces instead of installing them. Overall, this was extremely poor execution from start to finish
