*edited from 5 star review. Gave 2 star only because I finally got my product installed and seems good, time will tell* TLDR: Rick the salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. They want your money and commitment. Everything that comes after is a headache. Product is what it is we'll see if it lasts. I can already see claiming a warranty will likely be a struggle. Apparently the company has been bought out? I will likely look elsewhere for my remaining windows Bought and signed in November of 25. Holiday season , I get it, so they finally came out for final measure jan 2. And I was told 8-12 weeks for manufacture and delivery. It took 17... For install they had me take 2 days off work, saying it would take 2 days to do 2 windows and 2 sliding glass doors. They installed the 2 sliding doors and then wanted to reschedule the windows as it was beginning to rain. I explained it was supposed to be a 2 day install and they could do it tomorrow anyway and was told it was infact a 1 day install. Which begs the question why did I have to take 2 days off work? So instead of coming back the second day I had arranged for to be off they rushed the install in the rain didn't lay down tarps on the inside and here we are. One of the doors wouldn't lock properly. I haven't noticed any leaks yet but who knows because.... When calling for support due to the lock not working properly I discovered their phone system is either not functioning properly or it is designed to discourage existing customers from contacting them. Hint the only way to actually leave a message or get in touch with anyone is to select the option for new customers. Existing customer get put in a loop where it rings a couple times and goes back to the main message. Took multiple calls to get a call back for them to fix it. Now I have to schedule an appointment with an inspector through them have called and left messages multiple times and am yet to receive a call back. Meanwhile I have these metal covers laying around my house that I am not supposed to put in because the inspector needs to "see the screws that are placed in the frame to hold it in place." They were installed early may, it is the end of June and they still aren't technically done. When looking into all the issues and asking questions I did find out they were bought out not to long ago and there was a change over. Who k ows if the new company will honor and old warranties ir continue to make it excessively difficult. Bottom line, I can't in good conscience reccomend this company. I have multiple other windows to do and will be looking elsewhere first. Ultimately I got my product even if it isnt finished yet. And the pictures show the raw install. Certainly not the pristine install in the other pictures I've seen. Rick was great. He listened knew what I was looking for and made great recommendations. I Couldnt do my while house but when I am ready I will definitely reach back out.

The door I ordered is lovely, but has only been installed for two months, and the bottom rubber piece is already falling off. Dealing with the company has been very frustrating, both the installation and follow-up. I feel like if you pay full price - over $7k - for a premium front door with a low level of complexity, you should not have so many issues and bad vibes. Who knows when this thing will be fixed - every time the door is opened it gets worse, and I’m constantly reminding myself there isn’t a snake in the house lol. Not recommended.

For Jeffrey Steven’s: Jeffrey helped us determine the doors we wanted and ensured the we had the estimated time for delivery and Install. He also stopped by the day the patio door was being installed which was very nice and unexpected. He made our lives & outside view incredible! For Fabio & Leo: Quality was this team’s main objective which they achieved timely. Each was respectful to us and our property. The patio door and front door are so beautiful and well worth the cost.

Great communication from the sales rep Anthony, installers (Fabio and crew) and schedulers. Excellent product quality of the new sliding glass doors and windows. Armorvue had the most reasonable price. I will definitely reach out to them when for future window needs.
