Horrible. Absolutely horrible. The staff don’t really speak English well at all. I tried to show the barber a picture of my haircut that I had a month prior to coming here, and the barber said he could do it, but practically gave up half way and said “I can’t do this” because of my straight Asian hair and left me with a choppy, hideous haircut. The facial wasn’t anything to write home about either. I wasn’t going to complain originally but now that it’s over a month and a half later and my haircut still looks worse and worse as it’s growing out I can’t stand by and say nothing. I seriously don’t recommend going here unless you’re a fluent Spanish speaker with that type of hair. I lost a lot of confidence from this.
I came for a haircut and left with an awesome experience. Accommodating is an understatement. The atmosphere and barbers were top notch. Location was convenient. If I didn’t live in Illinois I’d be back every couple weeks. Your Marco vacation should start here.
Overall, had a great experience at the local barbershop. The indoor experience is top-notch. It has a strong masculine feel. They have a great bar where they serve all sorts of drinks even alcoholic while you’re getting a haircut. It’s truly an experience fit for a king. My barber did a fantastic job, cutting my hair and even created his own shampoo out of mint tea tree, and a few other ingredients on the spot. It felt customized and my scope never felt better. I have been to their other location out in Naples and I can easily say that this one is equal to an experience without having to drive an additional 20 minutes.
Went here once because my usual guy wasn’t available. Showed him detailed close up pictures of the hairstyle I always get. Top 3 worst haircuts I’ve ever had. I ended up having to go home and make it look at least presentable myself. Don’t go here if you get modern style haircuts.
Terrible, the hairdresser totally refused to listen to the type of cut I wanted. Even cut me off mid sentence to say “I know what I’m doing”. Ended up taking off all the hair behind my head and left me looking like a complete pillock. Avoid if you value your looks
