Oscar is the best. He has been to our home before, so it was nice to see a familiar face and we already knew he does good work. He send a notice that he was running late, which we appreciated. He was able to diagnose the problem and explain it to us in a way we could understand. We have already referred a neighbor to him.

Jason, the owner of the company, came out to work on our AC, he has worked on them before and has done an outstanding job. He came on the agreed time, he actually was able to accommodate us and come a couple of days sooner. He is knowledgeable in his field and went right to work, in less than 30 minutes he had already finished and fixed our problem. Not to mention that We have an older unit and he is the only one who didn’t say we had to replace it just to make a quick buck. After 6 years of living in our home we can only trust Jason to continue doing business with him for our AC needs. 100% recommend.

I had been hesitant as this company acquired the former company that had been handling my AC installation and maintenance needs. I had no track record with All Brands and wasn't sure what to expect. My expectations were blown away. I needed numerous visits because of a faulty part that kept going out. Someone was sent promptly every time. Each individual tech was polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. Jimmy, Mark, Tory and Brooke were all great and I highly appreciate their honesty, integrity, and work ethic. Tawnie in the front office has been stellar with communication and managing my project. Thank you everyone! It's been an experience last over the course of months (due to manufacturer part issues) and every person was involved in getting my system back on track and running.
