I couldn't be more pleased with the service and results from this company. Owner Rick and installer Caleb went above and beyond. They came out on a Sunday—the day before Memorial Day—and worked for more than 10 hours installing both the indoor and outdoor units. What impressed me most was the care they took to customize the installation for my home. My older house has several unique challenges and compensating factors, and they didn't just do a standard installation. They made adjustments specifically tailored to my home's needs and helped me decide on a new 3.5-ton system that would perform properly. The difference has been incredible. Since buying my home in 2014, I've never been able to get that truly cool, comfortable feeling inside. The house always seemed humid no matter what. Now, for the first time, my home is cool, comfortable, and the humidity is under control. Rick and Caleb were professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and committed to doing the job right. I called Air Express due to a problem with my pool heater. They were very accommodating and scheduled me for the next day. There technician Gene came during the scheduled time and after a thorough inspection and troubleshooting he was able to locate and fix the issue. Pricing was reasonable and I felt confident that he was very knowledgeable in the work performed. I will be calling on them I. The future.

This is a great company, Rick gave me an excellent deal on my mini split that I asked him for. He goes out of his way to make sure the install is done right. If you want great professional AC service done right, give them a call.

We called Air Express, our pool heat pump was malfunctioning. They were able to come out in a matter of a few days. The communication from start to finish was excellent. Gene our technician was very knowledgeable and had us up and running very quickly after checking out the whole system. He had parts on hand so there was no further delays. I thought the price for the repair was very fair, and totally recommend them. Thanks again.
