The professionalism was top notch..They were prompt and on time for service. They communicated any changes that needed to be made as well as options that I could choose from if any adjustments were necessary. Marty, whose the owner, took his time walk me through how to use my mini split, to set up the wifi and any other additional information. I appreciate their hard work on my project. I definitely would recommend them.

Beau did a terrific job taking care of our twice yearly maintenance. He's very thorough, knowledgeable, and answers any questions you might have. I didn't feel like there was any pressure sales only good information. I'd recommend AirDocs to others looking for a reliable company to take care of their HVAC needs in SWFL.

I scheduled a service call with Air Docs because my AC could not keep its temperature as the outside temp rose. My inquiry was followed up with promptly and they had someone out next day as I told them it was urgent. David was my technician and he went deeper on a diagnostic than I’ve ever seen which led to finding the problem. He explained everything in detail, we weighed options together, and ultimately I trusted his recommendation. David is the man!

We love the service we’ve received these past three years from Air Docs. Our service technician, Jeffrey Switzer, has always been reliable, prompt, professional, and courteous. He has made recommendations to make our unit more efficient, but we’ve never felt any pressure to purchase anything. Our unit has run perfectly and expect it to continue to do so. Thank you Air Docs.
