This was my second time at Air Bar and I loved it. They use all Oribe products - which I LOVE! From the moment you walk in the door you feel taken care of, offered water or wine, taken to get your hair washed with an amazing scalp and shoulder massage and then a fabulous blow dry. Thank you!

Excellent service!! Fun environment!!! Bailee was the cutest and so fun to chat with! She took the experience to the next level!! I loved her. The mini shoulder massage was so relaxing! I brought my daughter for a fun girls time and we love our hair! Everything was excellent! We can’t wait to go back!

I have been a loyal client of Air Bar for over 2 years, often coming twice a week, and today was the first time I was ever late — by 12 minutes, while 8 months pregnant. Instead of showing even a little understanding or consideration for a long-time customer, the only response I received was repeated rehearsed lines from a front desk kid with zero experience about their “policy.” What makes this worse is that I have accommodated their scheduling changes many times in the past when they asked me to move my appointments around. Apparently flexibility only works one way. They claimed my appointment would impact the next client, yet the next client still had not arrived by the time they rushed through my hair. They offered me only a partial service but still charged full price. Completely lacking basic customer care. On top of that, the salon itself is far from the luxury experience they portray online — hair all over the floors, dusty fixtures, and no visible sanitizing of brushes or tools. After all of this, the front desk still asked for a tip. Policies are one thing. How you treat loyal customers is another. Terrible management.

I couldn’t be any happier and now this is the ONLY salon I will ever go to! I had a seriously botched tape in hair extension installation that led to a mat in my hair the size of a baseball! I had them removed at another salon but they left tape and glue behind that I then had to remove myself. I called numerous salons that either never got back to me or charged a RIDICULOUS price. Air bar was the only salon to 1. get back to me 2. had fair and reasonable prices 3. got me in within a week of calling for a whole installation of tape ins. Megan, who was my stylist is AMAZING!! I will never go to anyone else for my hair again. She listened to the whole story of my hair extension fiasco and understood I was super nervous but ensured me I was in the right chair and sure enough I WAS!! She is the sweetest person ever too! She provided an AMAZING wash and a beautiful blowout and the end result of my extensions was flawless. They feel comfortable in my head and I know they were finally done correctly! I can’t say enough good things about this salon and Megan! 100/10 recommend to anyone!!

Everyone walking out looked great Air Dry Salon! They had a unique approach that felt fresh and intentional. Cc made my mom feel gorgeous, and Dori gave me something completely different but just as beautiful and perfectly suited to me. We both left feeling confident and with another appointment already scheduled!
